Pat has quite the background with long-term care. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Aging Services Professional through the University of Texas in Denton, TX, and has worked as a director for various independent and assisted living communities. Pat likes to help residents and their families find options and solutions for the challenges they face. She and her husband of 35 years have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and four beautiful granddaughters. They enjoy traveling, being active in church, going four wheeling, and just sitting on their screened-in patio with a good book.
Community Relations Director
Priscilla has always had a passion for seniors, and has worked in various capacities in senior living since attending nursing school. She’s also spent time traveling with purpose, going on medical mission trips to Mother Teresa’s orphanages in Calcutta, as well as to Guatemala. At Waterview Court, Priscilla loves building relationships with the residents and their families – and at home, she enjoys fishing, camping, watching football with her son and daughter. Since she’s from Tuscaloosa, Alabama she also loves the Crimson Tide!
Building Services Manager
Lee has a diverse background in maintenance and management, working as construction supervisor for an oil and gas company, production manager at a local roofing manufacturing mill, and for ten years as a welder for a boilermaker company in Houston. A servant by nature, Lee loves going home each day knowing that he made a difference in the lives of our residents. When not working, Lee enjoys fishing, college football, church, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife of 29 years have three children – two beautiful girls and a boy – along with two grandchildren and another on the way.
Business Office Manager
Anita worked as a personal caregiver for several seniors before joining the team at Waterview Court in 2002. She’s worked with us in many roles, including driver, evening receptionist, and activities and housekeeping support. She enjoys brightening the day of every resident, and loves working with her team. She and her husband Steven have two kids: Natassica and LaPrince. Outside of work, Anita attends church at New Friendship Baptist Church in Frierson, LA, where her husband is the pastor.
Dining Services Director
Charles has a certificate in culinary arts from the Bossier Parish Community College, where he also worked for eight years as an assistant instructor before going to work in senior living communities. He feels like the residents and his coworkers at Waterview Court are almost family. Charles was born and raised in Shreveport, and is married to the love of his life. He has two sons and two grandkids, and loves watching basketball and football – both on TV and live. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, and cooking for family and friends, and he’d like to own a culinary school for kids one day.
